Our Customisation Services

ZED is all about customisation. We want to offer the ultimate experience to our customers by allowing them to take part in the creation of their pieces.

1. THE EXISTING PIECES

They are the ones that were ordered to be customised by Julia, the Founder.

They have multiple purposes. We want people to get to know each artist's style and creativity through the Collections.

We also have in mind that some of you may not want to go through the customisation process, and hope to find Fiercely Unique directly on the website. Given that the pieces have already been customised, it is much faster for you to get your hands on them.

If the Original Piece has been sold, sometimes you can Place an Order to the Artist for a similar one, directly from the product page. We are fully open to modifications. You can write them down at checkout and we will email you to make sure we understand your enquiry.

2. PLACE AN ORDER

Another option is to get a piece custom-made by one of our collaborating artists.

Personalise your own piece: You own the piece you want to customise. For example, if you want to give a second life to a bag or jacket you have owned for a few years, just send us an email at hellozedparis@gmail.com. It is always faster if you already have a customisation idea when you write to us, but if you don't, we will do our best to help you find your fit.

Personalise from scratch: We create the piece together, from scratch. ZED provides the bag/clutch/jacket. We work through the customisation together.
