• WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "ORIGINAL PIECE" AND "PLACE AN ORDER" ? 

An Original Piece is the one the artists originally customised for the brand. It is ready to be dispatched. Placing an Order means the Original Piece has already been sold, but the artists can customise a similar (yet never the exact same) one. Our artists will work as fast as possible but handmade customisation is an art and takes time to be done. Quality over quantity here at ZED. 

• HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY FIERCELY UNIQUE PIECE?

Our team will be in touch to let you know the time needed for each specific order placed. We recommend you contact us before ordering, to make sure the time required for customisation suits you.
