Return Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

ZED Paris pieces may be returned for store credit OR refund within 10 days of receipt. The product must be returned to ZED Paris in original condition for return/exchange to be processed.  Once processed, ZED Paris store credit will be e-mailed via electronic gift card OR associated with your email on the website. Please note that return items purchased with an e-gift card will be refunded to the original gift card.  Gift cards themselves cannot be returned or exchanged. All discounted sales are final. 

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

Email hellozedparis@gmail.com to begin your return/exchange process. Please include your name and order number to expedite the process.

TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):  

If international shipment(s) from ZED Paris are refused and items are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any duties, taxes or customs charges incurred on the package.  This applies to both the original and return shipment.

REPAIRS

ZED Paris offers repairs. Prices will differ depending on your piece and the amount of work required.

However, if you have an issue with your piece within 30 days of purchase, please let us know by sending an email to hellozedparis@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. 

If a piece is damaged during the shipping process or deemed to be defective, we will be happy to exchange the product or provide store credit.  However, ZED Paris is not responsible for maintenance or improper care of the pieces.
